ESL supported tournament to feature 32teams from May 2-5 broadcasted across the globe (Watch Trailer)
World’s best esports athletes are uniting in fight against COVID-19 through a series of elite tournaments featuring the most popular gaming titles
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, 29 April: PUBG MOBILE, the world’s most popular mobile game, is the first ‘International Elite’title announced for the Gamers Without Borderstournament –a US $10 million charity esports season fighting against COVID-19on May 2-5.
128 gamers, across 32eliteglobal teams, will unite for the opening invitational event featuring many of PUBG MOBILE’s very best esports athletes.
Up for grabs for the winning PUBG MOBILEteamswill be US 1.5millon, part of an overall season prize fund of US $10 million, that winners will be able to donate to COVID-19 charities of their choice.
Gamers Without Borders has partnered with COVID-19 charitiesthat will receive prize funds across the next six gaming weekends.
These includeSaudi Arabia’s King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center,the World Health Organization COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund, GAVI, The Vaccine Alliance and Direct Relief
Gamers Without Borders has been created by the Saudi Arabian Federation for Electronic and Intellectual Sports (SAFEIS) and is supported by the world’s largest esports company, ESL, as technical partner – providing the highest standard of experience to gamers and viewers alike.
ESL’s broadcast feed will be available inseven different languages, amongst them Arabic, English, Spanish, Portuguese and Mandarin, providing a truly localised experience to reachall gaming communities across the world.
The broadcast will also include a fundraiser for fans watching to directly donate to the charity of their choice.

Alongside the Elite International tournaments, Gamers Without Borders, also gives gamers of all abilities the opportunity to get involved in some thrilling live solo and team tournaments, where they can bag prizes worth more than $1.3million.
